His experience spans machining, plating, precision manufacturing, engineering, maintenance, quality, automation, regulated environments, multi-site operations, and acquisition integration.
That progression shaped a practical leadership philosophy: sustainable performance is created when expectations are clear, ownership is visible, leaders are developed, and management systems make execution repeatable.
